Kraiburg TPE will launch a new FC/AD/PA THERMOLAST K series of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).　　The product provides a wide range of design options and good cost-effectiveness, and is designed to meet the needs of TPE/PA complex applications in the consumer industry.　　 Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) has the advantages of softness, good grip, sealing performance, etc., which is of great significance to many high-quality consumer products. In order to continue to develop the product potential, KRAIBURG TPE will present an innovative TPE technology, which is characterized by excellent adhesion to polyamide and in compliance with the Food Contact Material Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011.　　 The TPE compound of the new FC / AD / PA THERMOLAST K series has excellent processing performance and excellent surface characteristics, and no finishing is required after leaving the mold. This economical and efficient processable material can be directly injection molded onto PA6 and PA6.6, without the need to add any translucent or precisely colored adhesive primer. The hardness range is between 40-80 Shore A. Even in the case of low wall thickness, they also have a good soft touch and non-slip grip. They also have excellent tensile strength, elongation at break and abrasion resistance. In the development process of these special TPEs, some established requirements have also been met, such as the requirements of the Food Contact Material Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011.
