The project is scheduled to start construction in early 2019, mainly research and development and production of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride pipelines, water pipelines, heating pipelines, gas pipelines, fertilizer applicators and intelligent control systems. After the project is completed, it is expected to produce 50,000 tons of rigid PVC pipes, 50,000 tons of polyethylene pipes, 10,000 tons of heat-resistant polyethylene direct-buried heating pipes and fittings, 500 million meters of water-saving irrigation drip irrigation belts, and intelligent energy saving. 10,000 tons of water irrigation equipment, 1,000 sets of intelligent control systems, and an output value of 1.2 billion yuan.
